Our RAS (Recycled Asphalt Shingles) bins, RAP (Reclaimed Asphalt Pavement) bins, and cold feed bins are manufactured in the Midwest and are fully customizable. Fabricated with the highest level of construction techniques based on over 30 years of experience. Bins constructed from high grade steel and can include liners that hold up against weathering and abrasion.

RAS Bins

RAS (Recycled Asphalt Shingles) bins are steep providing a flow of even the finest RAS in hot weather. Bin walls consist of a main vertical end-wall and a sloped end-wall to help the RAP flow easily.

RAP Bins

Working directly with our customers to help them dial in a Recycled Asphalt System and fit in to an existing site as required.

Cold Feed Bins & Hoppers

Working directly with our customers, we can build a complete system, or easily add on to an existing cold feed line. Duplicate your bin, extend the feed conveyor and paint it to match the existing system.

Supporting Sustainability

At Argo we appreciate our customers and also share our client’s desire to achieve sustainability. HMA (hot-mix asphalt) developed with RAP or RAS saves energy. RAP/RAS bin construction is part of the sustainable production of recycled products and leads to environmental stewardship based on the following:

RAP/RAS reduces the need for virgin aggregate and composites that are non-renewable
By eliminating the need for extracting non-renewable aggregates energy is also saved
RAP/RAS discourages retired pavement materials being placed in a landfill
RAP/RAS supplements virgin aggregates and binders

RAS Bins

RAS (Recycled Asphalt Shingles) bins are steep providing a flow of even the finest RAS in hot weather. Bin walls consist of a main vertical end-wall and a sloped end-wall angled at 70 degrees. Finely grade RAP flows easily with this RAS bin construction design.
